Case 1. Pain of Bottom of Foot
Occasionally, I have the patients who are complaining regarding upon his or her foot pain in my daily practice.
A gentleman had been in clinic for help, regarding upon his pain on his bottom of left foot and right side leg pain along lateral side of lower leg for more than 2 weeks. He reported me that he injured his left foot 7 years ago.
He told me that when he sat down and got up, and then he felt pain there.
When I checked him, he had lots of muscles spasms and inflammation on left side of low back, especially on L4, L5 area, leading to the irritation of Sciatic nerve. This irritation of Sciatic nerve may cause the pain on his foot and his lower leg.
This case is a case of the neuropathy related with sciatic nerve, especially on L4, L5 nerve.
Usually, this kind of patients are complaining upon the tightness of Hamstring, Calf muscles, and Planta Fascia.
